Namibia Equity Brokers (PTY) Ltd
Namibia Equity Brokers (Pty) Ltd (NEB) was incorporated in July 1998 as BoE Securities, which then became Nedcor Securities. The business model changed after CEO Wilfried Moroff did a management buyout in September 2003 and rebranded the business Namibia Equity Brokers (“NEB”). NEB established trading relationships with a variety of brokers on the JSE to facilitate institutional trading, and private client portfolio management and money market trading were added. NEB is a full service broker with the following service offerings:
NEB is a BEE company, with 50% of the company black owned. The empowerment partner is Servo Investments (Pty), which represents the interests of entrepreneurs Sidney Martin and Frank Fredericks. The empowerment ratio will improve in that 20% of the company can be purchased by the employees of NEB. Madelein Smith Tel : +264 61 25 6666 |
